Instructions
All customers need to fill out the PAYMENT AND DELIVERY INFORMATION section. Customers with Coral usernames need only fill out that box on the CUSTOMER INFORMATION section, all others need to fill out that entire section. Next complete the DESIGN INFORMATION and LAYER INFORMATION sections. Please make sure the design follows the

Layer Information
For each mask, input the following information:
Layer: Specify the GDS or DXF layer for this mask (only one layer per mask)
Chrome Orientation: right reading chrome side down is most common except for cases involving backside alignment
Polarity: digitized data clear (or transparent) equals darkfield
Label: label to be put on the bottom of the mask (outside the digitized area), 24 character limit
Smallest feature: dimension (in microns) of the smallest entity (feature or space) on this layer
Masks will be processed in the order they are entered below.
